Randy Bass Retained by State of Virginia

ACM member Randy Bass has been involved in interesting work. Recently, he was retained by the State of Virginia as an expert witness in a criminal case. Randy supplied critical information regarding temperatures and the potential for frost on a rooftop where the defendant was alleged to have walked. Randy is also involved with working with an aircraft deicing company to educate and refine their weather observing and forecast techniques to improve operations.
